Michael from lawn and garden was probably one of the most helpful people I’ve ever had when shopping. He stopped what he was doing to point me in the right direction (which he didn’t need to do but did). Dude deserves a Lowes service star!

Do not do a lowes home install service i did 1st for appliances got re sch 3 times did not know till after there appt time slot they were not coming Tried a second time 2yrs later to have a storm door installed hoping things may have changed. Lowes did measurements wrong the 1st time install got re sch, service tech canceled 2nd time after appt slot started and now on a possible third sch project in all is now 3 weeks behind from poor measurements and lack of on time sch and follow through of work DEF CK OUT HOME DEPOT MORE DEPENDABLE AND PRICES VERY SIMILAR FOR SERVICE INSTALLS BUT ITS MORE LIKELY TO VET DONE ON TIME AND THE 1ST TIME

I’m honestly disappointed with the customer service provided at this store. I placed an order on the 17th of January. It’s now the end of the month and it’s still not here. I wake up and it’s saying my payment declined. So I double checked, it refunded me the money and tried to charge me again but my card was frozen. Lowe’s system refreshes every 7 days according to CS agent and so we called the store for my pick up details because it showed the item shipped and was delivered on their end. The store worker was being so rude and dismissive, and hung up in my face. I don’t aim to be rude to CS workers because I work in CS. She just showed she had no patience to deal with my order situation. She kept saying it was declined and I’m telling her the order is paid for and that’s not the reason fo

Got a can of flex seal liquid opened and tried to stir it, like instructed on the can, it wasn't any good. When we took it back in hopes for an exchange they refused because we had opened it. There is no way to tell if the product is bad without opening it. I recommend going anywhere else honestly. Horrible service, rude and they dont ensure the products are good. Don't waste your money.
