I am shocked at my experience with this location. We spend so much money here purchasing appliances and the last experience I had we went to go pick up one of two stoves that we purchased. When we arrived the stove was on a lift to safely, put it into our truck, but when the associate tried to move it to our truck, the machine died so he then asked us to move the truck towards the machine which we did, but the machine wasn't lifted high enough for it to be even with the back of the truck bed the associate still tried to lift it onto the truck struggling so my boyfriend and cousin who are kind enough, tried to help move it to avoid breaking the stove and or damaging our truck. Ordered online for next day delivery. Got notification item was delivered and received the following photo as "confirmation of delivery." Obviously, the photo is of the item IN STORE, not delivered. If the driver can't deliver, just mark it as such and cancel my order. Instead, I'm waiting countless minutes on the phone with customer service since the store number just rings and rings with no answer. Lowe's do the right thing! This was NOT it.

I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe’s in Honolulu in November 2025. Within two months of purchase, the refrigerator failed completely. When I returned to Lowe’s to seek assistance, I was informed that after 48 hours, Lowe’s disclaims all responsibility and that I must deal solely with the manufacturer. UPDATE: Tested out our range stove to use the oven to bake some dinner and now it basically throwing up an Error code F350 and to turn it off you have to keep canceling it because it won’t turn off properly. Recieved replacement for the dishwasher and still came back wet. Delivery man had called the store manager where manager claimed the factory test them before shipping but maybe the machine didn’t dry properly before packaging. Poor Experience Buying GE Gas Stove from Lowe’s Online (November 2025) I want to warn others about the nightmare I just endured buying a GE gas stove online from Lowe’s. Timeline: Sun, Nov 16: Purchased GE gas stove online. It included a conversion kit to LP. Mon, Nov 17: Delivery attempted. Needed a tech to switch to LP after delivery.
