Just bought a house and have been going to Lowes alot. Yesterday someone helped is don’t remember his name & today Keith helped us. You can tell he cares about people, you don’t meet a lot of people like that. So helpful and honest to my husband. Thank you!

Came to Lowe’s looking for light fixtures. Could not find anyone to help locate the lights I picked out from the display. Waited at least 20 minutes for a sales associate and no one ever came . Ended up leaving with no lights .

We were trying to find the right paint for an accent wall. We waited over 30 minutes and no one came to that department to attend us, then we decided to just buy one that was marked down since we were gonna try a wall to see if we would like it and when we were checking out, we waited another 10 minutes because the pain was not scanning… the manager had to come and help. Not so friendly staff either.

I normally don't have anything bad to say about Lowe's but I'm completely disappointed with the delivery. I ordered 4 bags of dirt via Lowe's website and expected an employee or someone who worked for the company to be bringing the dirt...not for them to use Uber Eats. So the chick pulls up in my driveway and as shes walking to my door, she is saying "I'm not carrying this shit." She rings the doorbell and walks back to the car and as I'm coming out, I hear her exclaiming she's not doing this and takes one of the bags and throws it on the grass next to the car. She then sees me standing there and goes "oh...im sorry I can't do this." And takes another bag out and throws them in the same place. I had to travel to 3 different Lowe’s throughout Houston. The staff here were so helpful here. Mike and Michael in flooring helped me pick the right ceramic , vinyl, and carpet. They explained different qualities and gave recommendations. Kerwin and Michael helped me put numerous heavy items in my truck. 10/10 will recommend this location.
