------Update------ I ran into a situation that warranted an update. I recently tried to return a purchase and was not able to because of their new system. Apparently, they recently upgraded their computer system, and now they will not accept returns without a receipt or some form of proof of purchase—even for unopened items and even for store credit. This is a huge inconvenience and a real disappointment. It’s completely normal for people to misplace receipts or not remember exactly when an item was purchased. This experience really highlights how little Lowe’s seems to value customer convenience, and as a result, I would recommend Home Depot over Lowe's any day. ------Original------ A great store to get to get all your home improvement supplies, or supplies for your business. Visited this Lowe’s location today to buy a grill. Spoke with a couple staff members that each gave me precise and accurate directions to purchase the grill. Yolanda was very helpful and made the trip efficient and helped us load the grill into the truck. One of the better teams I’ve seen at Lowe’s. Great job! 👏

Very nice modern store with a great selection of everything. I couldn't believe how many different things they carry. Garden Center has the largest selection of plants I have seen so far. I found some really rare plants at great prices. It's always worth the trip.

I had a great experience in the lumber department at Lowe’s thanks to Rich. He went above and beyond to help me and was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Rich took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my project, answered all of my questions, and offered helpful suggestions without rushing me. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. Rich is a great representative of Lowe’s, and I appreciate his dedication and willingness to help. Excellent job!

Theres no cashiers. The self checkout sucks and wasnt accepting my payment. Noone came when pressing the help button so i just left it all. Probably could of took the stuff noone would of known.
