When we first walked in the door, Jeff greeted us with a handshake and introduced himself and asked for our names. He then asked how he could help us and showed us exactly what we needed and was diligent in his work. He found what we were looking for quickly and solved our problem with a great big smile and a wonderful attitude.

Don't go to the key copy self service machine ask for Bryan McNeal he’s the best employee at this Lowes store very attentive he gives the best customer service we’ve had in this store after asking a couple of employees that didn’t had an idea what to do we bumped into him and it was like God send us an Angel to help us looking for the right key copy he went far and beyond finding us the right match and it worked perfectly. He needs to be upgraded into a manager position at this store because employees like Bryan are very rare to find! Thanks you so much Bryan you’re the best keep and up the good work!

Had a chat with Alexus at the paint counter and she was super helpful! Wandered the garden center and fall decor this time just for fun too. We love this Lowe's location especially and choose it over that orange store every time lol always has what we need in stock and staff everywhere to help when we need it.

My experience last Thursday with a very helpful employee named Karma made my kitchen appliance pursuit become a reality. Very professional staff always throughout the whole store. I was able to pin down 3 appliances within my cost range and had them delivered the very next day. Karma was super helpful and knowledgeable about dimensions, cost and matching appliances. Completely satisfied customer.

I found many beautiful plants in perfect condition. I always think Lowe’s has better variety and merchandise than the competitor.
