My husband is a contractor so he frequents this location often. Tonight we are working on a home improvement project for ourselves and we came to get a large amount of lumber, amongst other things. We needed help which required a forklift. Drew came down the aisle just as I was about to go look for someone. I asked if he could help and he said absolutely. He quickly found someone to spot him while he used the forklift and helped my husband load all the lumber. He had such a great attitude which you don’t typically see much of anymore. At checkout, the clerk asked if we needed help loading and my husband said if someone was available that would be great. Walked in, grabbed my items, checked out at self checkout, and was on my way. Outstanding visit because I wasn't stopped by anyone trying to hassle me by prying if I needed anything installed. I love when I'm able to shop normally and grab the needed items and check out quickly without having my time wasted by an associate trying to meet a store metric by pushing installs, credit cards, and pro contractor rewards programs.

We visited the store to purchase everything needed to install a bathroom, and Mr. Allen assisted us with outstanding professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find exactly what we needed without pressure or confusion. His guidance made the whole process smooth and efficient. The store itself is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. It’s a great place for home improvement projects—especially when you get service like we did. Nov. 2025: Allen provides amazing service. I am petite and needed 20 bags of mulch and he greeted me at the door when I had the big cart and helped me load up my mulch and he even loaded up the bed of my truck with the 20 bags. He was so helpful. The best service Ive ever had. Visited this location for the Mulch Sale about a week back and had an amazing experience. The three guys who loaded my truck with 30 bags of mulch made sure not to give me broken bags and stacked it in a manner that there was still room for a few more. I wish I could remember their names so I could say thank you. 1 fault, we purchased stones and thought "oh. Wow. What a deal for $2.08" only to go to home Depot and they have the same stone for $1.78. they have most of the same brands but different prices. Guess it's w

I enjoy shopping the store preferably online. However, I was in there on this day looking specifically for a stop number and color of flooring. I asked someone where it would be. He gave me the aisle number but did not help me find it so it took me 10 minutes to locate it 😞.. always enjoy the Halloween and Christmas decorations here!
