The head cashier Laura was able to get me a copy of my receipt for a humidifier. I bought six months ago! She had to spend some time digging in the system to find it, I really appreciate her dedication and awesome customer service. The dog pictures I added, have absolutely nothing to do with this review, I just think they’re fun and people usually enjoy dog pictures.

Joey in Receiving was truly a lifesaver. We had some issues with an online purchase for a vanity and toilet and Joey went above and beyond to help us resolve it and find a solution forward. We were also able to easily reach him with a question at the store. Steve & team from the Delivery group were also great delivering our items. Above and beyond service as well. The online order and automated emails were very confusing but working with these guys above made us confident to be repeat customers at this location in the future.

Placed a curbside order for a 7 ft prelite flocked Christmas Tree. It took three hours for them to get the order ready, once it was ready I went to the curbside pickup. I checked in like I was supposed to do and waited. I waited for over twenty minutes and decided to go in, there is waited another 10 minutes after hitting the help button until someone finally acknowledged me. Finally got the tree after nearly 30 minutes of waiting

This establishment is a nuisance when it comes to their employees. Why does your shelf stocker think he's a dictator? I like how one guy includes photos of dogs for attention but they're not in your store because had they been I'm sure his tune would change. 😅

Can’t get anybody to help. I took over an hour after we got here to get the washer outside and in the truck this is crazy. Nobody wants to help. Nobody wants to work.
