Maria helped me in when I really needed to find new bolts and fasteners and took the time even though it wasn't her department. She went above and beyond for me and derves a pay raise! What seemed impossible to find she made super simple and took the time to make sure the bolts and fasteners matched my original and would work at the same length even though they didn't carry the correct length. She was extremely kind and helpful. Excellent customer service skills and knowledgeable ! Great lowes to visit and she made the experience easy. Highly recommend

Waited 20 minutes just for the code so I could buy sod? Not sure why they can't just look that up, but they needed some kind of written down code that no one seemed to have. Multiple people around me were having the self checkout system break and the poor employees kept asking for a manager to come over and help for the entire time. I feel bad for the team members as other customers were getting irritated and short with them. All in all very dissatisfied with what was supposed to be a fast and simple.

James at Lowe’s was amazing! He went above and beyond by helping me load two boxed vanities and one toilet into my SUV. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was secure before I left. Excellent customer service—thank you, James!

I frequently come to this Lowes' to shop for plants such as herbs, and flowers, and have never encountered pests such as white flies, which has happened to me on plants from other stores. They have a very nice variety, and plants are well taken care of. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. The store is very well organized and clean. I highly recommend it.

DO NOT USE LOWES WASHER /DRYER INSTILLATION TEAM , I purchased a washing machine and dryer for $2,000 and used Lowes installation, their team damaged my property (broke the door thresholds) whilst bringing the machines in with their trolley, when I pointed this out to them they left half way through the install leaving the machines un connected . I went to the store to complain but the four corners branch just weren’t interested and gave me a phone number of the delivery company , I started a claim with the delivery company who wanted a quote for the works and pictures of the damage which I provided 3 TIMES, each time they would request the same information again stating I didn’t send it previously even though it was sent on an attachment on their initial e mail. In the end they agreed t
