Absolutely Unacceptable Delivery Experience – Latham, NY Lowe’s This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing retail experiences my family has had in years. Lowe’s in Latham, NY was scheduled to deliver a refrigerator to my mother on Monday, December 29. No one showed up within the promised delivery window. There was no proactive communication, no courtesy call, and no accountability. Only much later was she contacted and informed—after wasting an entire day—that the delivery would be delayed and rescheduled for December 31. When the delivery team finally arrived today, the refrigerator could not be installed because it was visibly dented—a defect that had absolutely nothing to do with the customer. I wouldn't normally leave a review for a big box store like this, but Sharon (i hope i got her name right) was the sweetest lady ever and she made my experience amazing. She was working in the doors section, she's a gem!!

Thanks Madox and Maureen for turning a what could have been a disappointing visit to Lowe’s into a good one. My husband I went here for a black Friday sale on a shop vac. At first we were told the sale was not correct but after help from Madox and researching from Maureen they were able to honor the sale and locate the correct vac. I have 4 stars because not the first time we saw a sale advertised and was told it must be a mistake Lowe’s needs to be more careful and persistent when posting sale stickers with correct items.

I’m an unhappy customer at this moment . I don’t care how or who’s paying for it but when I get a phone call on Dec 4 th saying your Fridge will be Delivered Dec 12 th and u will get a call the day before or of to let you know a 4 hr frame time . I get a call at 1208 pm saying this is Lowe’s we will be at your house in 15-20 mins . It’s 9 26 am Saturday. After being told call this number this number it was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 1030 an 230 . Here I sit with no fridge and lost about $100 in food 😡Now I sit a wait for a call to see when they can redeliver . I feel all theses Lowe’s around I should b on the list no matter Wht .

Less than week ago forgot to give this lady a performance review; I usually come in the morning never seen this lady. Woman named Jennnifier identified herself as management . Extremely unhelpful and so so patronizing . Big smile on her face while being nasty, she was as red as Christmas lights. Clearly training or relocation needs to be done . Be thankful it was me and not my husband or mother , i can take a lot of bs 🤣🤣 . More concerned with talking about her subordinates negatively then getting someone to assist me . Never had an experience like this, i know people have their days . Never take it out on a customer . People at home depott know how to control their emotions …
