Lowe's Home Improvement

I was very, very disappointed in the Lowe's Protection plan. I had called several times and e-mailed them. They would not talk to me because I did not have my original receipt, and the store could not provide it because it was from 2021. I purchased the five-year protection plan (on two appliances), which are still under warranty until February of 2026. I was so unhappy that I was never going to purchase a product from Lowe's again. I decided to go to the original store (Lawrenceburg store#2522), and Donnie, Betsy, and Melissa were amazing. They took the time to listen and help fix the situation. After their excellent customer service, I will purchase more merchandise from this store. However, I remain very unhappy with Lowe's Protection Plan, and I will never recommend it to anyone. They

Absolutely horrible experience with Lowe's Lawrenceburg. Spent nearly $2000 on a washer and dryer set. Delivery 1: They refused to move the washer and dryer into the laundry room bc they couldn't figure out how to shut off the water. It sat in my dining room and maintenance from my building hooked it up for me (even though I paid Lowe's for installation.) When I ran the $1,000 washer, it flooded my laundry room. They had brought me a broken product. Delivery #2: They pull the new washer off the truck and it's completely dented on the side - can't be delivered. They refuse to take the appliances from Delivery #1 and leave me with the same broken set I've had for the last week. This is twice that I've taken off work to be here for a delivery and twice they've showed up with damaged products

The store manager is one of the worst people I've ever dealt with. Has an attitude from the start. Very unprofessional. So much so I returned the 250$ purchase i made and went to home depot instead.

Me: I need three pieces 16" wide... three equal pieces. Lowes: See picture. I didn't expect expert cutting but i didn’t expect it to be this bad. If it was for anything other than some random shelving i would have asked them to recut. I know what I'm getting when i go to lowes, this is simply a request that some training be given to those allowed to run the saw. I would also respect you if you told me "we don't have anybody qualified to run the saw currently" Next time I'll bring a saw and cut in the parking lot.

That Jill was a wonderful person she was most helpful and polite her patience and kindness was unwavering... on a scale of one to ten, I would rate her professional ism a ten
