Carefully planned a day to be home for an old fridge to be removed and delivery on the new one. Got coolers and ice. They came late, tried to bring a washer in instead of a fridge. Refused to take our old fridge for no apparent reason. I had spent the morning emptying the old one with my 7 month old so I was extremely displeased when they came in already not wanting to help within seconds. They were very confused on everything and it should have been pretty straightforward. Edit they left styrofoam and plastic in our yard! And the old fridge for us to figure out of course🙄 don’t suggest the delivery option. Sure we might be able to get a refund but we just needed it moved, why we paid 50 dollars for it. This is the best Lowe's I've ever been to. The employees are so helpful and friendly! Also as much as I hate self check-out, mainly because most times they treat you like you can't be trusted to ring up stuff, the staff here made the experience much more enjoyable and let me check out my items and said have a good day. And I was on my way! The man at checkout, his name was Phil, was very helpful!

Matt in Appliances was incredibly knowledgeable in helping us purchasing new washer and dryers. His genuine kindness and patience was so refreshing! I hope your store takes the time to acknowledge this awesome employee!

My experience's at this Lowe's have been exceptional! Kelly assisted me with flooring and then brought everything to the Pro department to expedite my check out. I was very thankful for her help.

Called customer service about an item I had purchased for full price that went on sale the next day. They were friendly and quick about refunding me the difference over the phone, saving me a 15 minute drive. Thank you!
