We just left Lowe’s and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jaiden. She was an absolute pleasure. She told us the benefits of getting the Lowe’s card and I would have opened one right away if we didn’t already have one. She was great at explaining the benefits without sounding pushy or “Salesy”. She will go very far in sales with her bubbly personality and effective sales strategies. Kudos to Jaiden! Keep up the good work! She’s an asset to this store.

I am building a deck on the back our my house so I went to the Pro desk. A lady named Mary Beth Blasco very patiently helped me find the right materials, at the right price point I was looking for. She even called a supplier and a manufacture to answer my questions about quality and new products. Upon check out she was able to get me the best discount with my pro card. I highly recommend this Lowes. This is not the first good experience I have had here.

This is a Lowes home center where it’s floor representatives are able to identify a customer in need of assistance. I could not find a shower assist bar and Michele, who was working on stock, stopped what she was doing and asked me if I needed help. She must have read my face of frustration! She immediately dropped what she was doing and personally walked me to the aisle where I found what I was looking for! Thank you Michele and I nominate you for a customer service badge because you treated me like a valued customer!

The past two times I came to purchase items at this Lowe's - all of the staff members were so friendly, helpful, and professional. It was such a nice surprise to experience staff members, who actually seemed happy at their job and willing to help. They went above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you!
