Love how the store is laid out. Easy to find items. The best part is every time I've gone straight to customer service to inquire about an item, I've been given easy directions & sent directly to where I needed to go! Likewise the staff o n the floor are super helpful when needed. Also impressed with the cleanliness even in the outdoor section.

Lazy !!! 4 employees walking around standing on their phones while trying to get help loading dry wall into a truck ! They sent a poor lady that couldn’t even pick it up ! The man at the register said “okay I’ll send someone out” waited & waited & waited for a man to come help ! Just loaded it without the help of an employee. I’ll drive to hickory next time . Much more helpful . Also a poor old lady was also asking for assistance with the dry wall to load onto a cart . No one came !

I went to Lowe's in Lenoir at 11:00 a.m. on February 11th 2026. I Walk in to the return counter to return two .98 cent light switches. I told the lady at the register that I did not have a receipt nor the credit card that it was purchased with. My elderly mother-in-law purchased these switches while she was out for her home but got the wrong ones. I told her no problem I'll go switch them out. I had no idea that the policy at Lowe's had changed as of January 12th 2026. If you do not have proof of purchase you no longer get store credit. I didn't think it would be such a big deal since it was only $2. They said there was nothing they could do. Okay so be it. No not that simple. I ordered a grill with assembly and delivery. On the morning of delivery, received a voicemail indicating the grill had not been assembled and to call back to reschedule. Called back and, after being forwarded around multiple times, was put on hold for 15 minutes. I gave up and cancelled my order via the website. Fortunately it was easy to cancel. Do not recommend this store for dependable delivery.

Ordered 2-items, mini toolboxes. Lenior #1509, on 11/30 at 1:30pm to be delivered. At 7pm got notification Delayed, will be delivered tomorrow. Okay. Next day only info: 'Preparing Your Order' by 2:20pm I called the store, 10min. Wendy at the pro-desk told me my order was there but I should call customer service she was very kind. Sooo, after calling the universal customer service, Kay was nice also BUT could not help due to the 'Deliverer' had not picked up the order yet. I then went to the Lenior Lowe's store 28miles away, at 4:15pm. Heather at customer service, got my order from the locker, apologized. She was very friendly too. 28-miles back.
