I DO NOT recommend using them if you plan on ordering material! We are building a house and ordered & paid for our lumber. They have not fulfilled our order. They delivered bad old rotted lumber. They DO NOT deliver when they say! Also DO NOT send what you order (wrong lumber & size)They send a little at a time & when they decide to do it! (They are 2 weeks behind as of now & we still don’t have everything )Because of them they are holding up our subs from doing their job! The only thing they are good for is wasting our time. Horrible customer service & they do not know what they are doing!

Waited at the paint department for at least 10 minutes while at least two employees noticed and did nothing, one of which was having a conversation with someone in clear sight of me. Only reason i left a star is because i found a very nice woman who ended up helping me. Do better lowes!

Jorge is a great manager here at this location!! He’s helped us with multiple purchases right before close and is efficient and nice while doing it. The first time we bought a furniture set for our patio and this time we bought 100 concrete bricks. He was there both times to help us load everything and make sure our purchase went smoothly

October2025: 4⭐: I have shopped here on several occasions and found that it is a decent store with decent inventory for things that you might be needing for that special project. I searched the lawn and garden area today for garden plants and pots. I found a few items that are seemingly different colors and types of plants. The workers were not very helpful nor available, so still at 4⭐. Oct2019: 4 ⭐: Stopped and to grab some wire for the house and some batteries. I came by this location again today to look for some items that I needed in the yard and around the house. I also checked on the price of some of the microwaves that we needed to replace the one that's been acting a little stupid in our house. Had a difficult time trying to find someone in the area as there was no one available

Horrible experience on Tuesday 11/18 at 2:30-3:30 pm. I waited by the paint department for 15 minutes waiting to be helped. I go and ask the self checkout team member to send us help. He got on the store intercom asking for someone to come help us at paint. Another 10-15 minutes pass no one comes. I walk all the way to the service desk and let them know, nobody has been in paint department for 30 minutes. No apologies, just stares down at his gadget making it seem like hes going to send someone. We go back wait another 10 minutes, we finally give up. I go back to the service desk to ask for a floor manager to make them aware of my experience. The person who I had spoken with originally at the sercice desk then goes to say im a leader how can I help.......he finally gets another lady manage
