Customer service is very rude when asking an Employee where an item is at they tell me I’m not clocked in. I can’t help you also self check out. Lady was very nice and very helpful. Also, when asking to get propane switched out, nobody knew how to do it. One lady from garden stepped up to the plate and helped me out. I appreciate her help and her helping me get propane, but it’s pretty sad to have other employees not trying to help out whether they’re clocked in or clocked out very rude and unprofessional, pretty disappointed in Lowe’s.

Visited the Lowe’s in Los Lunas and had a poor experience with Daniel in appliances. He was dismissive, barely acknowledged me, and offered no real help. When I asked for assistance finding a replacement refrigerator water filter and showed him a photo, he pointed vaguely at a wall of 20+ options and refused to help narrow it down, despite clearly knowing which ones I needed. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

The installers they have are worthless,We order a gas stove over a month ago and the installers won't bring it we call and then got to set up for another day and time this has been going on for a month and to this day we still don't have that stove. We are wanting a refund for their laziness on not delivering it the day we were to get it that is over a month ago. I know we will never buy any appliances there again.

My 82 year old mom was denied military discount at the checkout because she didn’t have my father with Alzheimer’s with her or his ID. She was so flustered she left everything. She has her own military ID but no one bothered to ask because they were too busy losing loyal customers. If you’re military, you should shop somewhere else. Seems like military folks are not welcome!!!
