I’m writing this review a bit late, but the experience was so welcoming and memorable that it truly deserves recognition. I visited the grill section and spoke with an employee named Hunter. I was completely out of my element, but he helped me immensely. His knowledge is unquestionable, and he answered all of my questions, no matter how novice they may have seemed, with patience and clarity. He made the entire shopping experience easy, straightforward, and stress free. Thank you, Hunter!! You’re awesome!!

I had a man named Dave help me with a Christmas present for my husband (a leaf blower). Dave was the BEST customer service person I have encountered in a decade! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable and because of this I made my purchase at the Webster store. He deserves a big raise!

Very helpful staff finding what I wanted. Great selection of flowers even better than their competitor except for Wayside across the street.

Self checkout only now. Registers are gone. There were 4 employees standing by them doing nothing. Between that and employees who know nothing about what they are selling I will be taking my business to local businesses like HEP, Santelli Lumber and Fairport Hardware where the staff is knowledgeable and the prices are usually cheaper

Scheduled 2 times for a kitchen design. 1. Walked in store without scheduling to schedule 3 separate people couldn’t tell me how until I got online to do it. Made an appointment for 8 am. 2. Showed up for 8am appointment got no showed- told at 8:30 that the person called out sick. It happens rescheduled for next day at 12. 3. Showed up at 11:50 for the noon. Guy saw my name in the system and said he couldn’t block it so he can’t take me. Manager did nothing but offered me to come back a third time. This is a joke.
