Reviewed by Icy Elbert: So I wind up here after working on my shelf for some time with parts I got from the other Lowe's. Y'all know I was frustrated so what did I do? Yes, I took the whole damn shelf to the the store. I returned the other items and then I went to see Jeff who is such a sweet soul. I told him this is my last go at making this work. He looked at different brackets measuring trying to get it right. He asked me questions whether I cared about screw color, etc. He then told me these will work. He then told me to take the bar that I did have on the plate off and use 2 out of the pack and it will lay even and use my tightening screws from the shelf package. I got home and things were going well until I got to the screws. I was screwing til I made a hole in the other end. Nothin

Asked for help in the lumbar section. Waited over ten minutes for help. Several workers walked past me ..no help. Went back to the front desk asking for help with loading. 15 min later still waiting.....I would not recommend coming to this Lowe's. Just a bunch of workers looking at you. No help. I'll stick to home Depot

Still Waiting on Lowe’s Protection Plan to Deliver I purchased an LG in-wall oven/microwave combo from this Lowe’s in October 2020, had it installed by Lowe’s installers, and also bought a 5-year Lowe’s Protection Plan for $294.97. After almost 5 years, the microwave stopped working. An LG technician came on 8/22/25, confirmed the failure, but could not proceed because he arrived alone and was unable to remove the built-in unit (which required two Lowe’s installers originally). Since then, I’ve been bounced between Lowe’s, the warranty administrator, and LG. At one point, I was even told that I would need to remove the oven myself in order for service to continue — which is completely unreasonable for a 200+ lb built-in appliance. I give this Lowe's five stars plus because I always have a great experience here. To warn management here. I witnessed a drug deal outside your store. There were some "brothers" in the entrance and there was a girl with a hoodie, not dress as an employee, pretending like she was getting shopping carts in. We saw her roaming the parking lot far off sooner. A p Porsche can riding by with so called friends and dropped something off to that girl doing the carts. It all just looked too suspicious to me, being an ex security guard. Thanks 🙏
