We ordered a dishwasher, it showed several in stock. My husband went to get it, however they couldn't find it. Now we're forced to drive to another store. Besides that, store closed it's entrances, making it a further walk in fright temperatures. No compensation from the store of any kind.

I had the worst experiences with Lowe’s and their 3rd party delivery service. Do not use them for anything. We were sold a refrigerator and told by the sales associate that we could pay $89 to have someone haul away our old refrigerator and install the new one. The first delivery man came and put the refrigerator in our living room and said we need to hire a plumber to disconnect the old refrigerator and that he could not touch the water line. We then had to reschedule the delivery for the next day and hired a plumber who shut off our water. We spent the whole day waiting for the delivery without water. When we called for an update on delivery time they told us Lowe’s canceled the delivery for today. Lowe’s CANCELLED the delivery!! We then had to call Lowe’s who told us they couldn’t do a

I have had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a large purchase. I purchased two doors from Lowe’s a Pella sliding door and a decorative front door. The front door was made by Therma tru. The group that installed was called Install partners. I ordered the doors August 2024 and didn’t receive my door/ installation until February 2025. Months later all of the trim around the door has popped out and away from the door. You can see the underside. Im not sure if it was due to poor installation or something else. I called Lowe’s to report the issue because there is a one year labor warranty. Lowe’s sent someone out to look at the door. The guy came out, looked at the door took some photos and that was that. I’ve had four customer service calls to say that those guys that came out we’re not

We were shopping for a drill and stopped at the competitors. The person helping us there was less than enthusiastic, didn’t know much and acted like we were a burden. So we left and went to Lowe’s in Maplewood and had a wonderful experience with Wylie. He was eager to help, happy and knowledgeable. It was a night and day experience. Thank you Wylie for your patience and help!

William & Matt who work during the week here are really great. They went above and beyond to help me out. I asked many questions & they gave me great information with great customer service.
