Two different disappointing Lowe's installs. One installation was a door, the other one was a fence. Door arrived defective and damaged and the installer put it up anyway instead of taking it back to Lowe's. The fence had to be repaired several times. Had to take off many days of work to meet people to fix these problems. Experience was a nightmare. I cannot recommend Lowe's for any installation.

Employees were very helpful. Went to great pains to make sure our paint matched. Their system had changed and they did two passes and explained what was going on. There's a slight difference but I think you would need a magnifying glass to see it. Will definitely continue to do business with this store.

3 days ago My wife and I stop here every now and again for oddball supplies and doing some small projects here and there, but decided to also use them for our home we bought as a flip and AirB&B. My wife met with the lady doing cabinet designs on a few occasions trying to narrow down what we needed vs. what we wanted and in the end what we could afford for this project. I myself went in with her and sat down the final meeting we had with the associate on the cabinet design and layout. She was to finish up the design the following day and send it to us or call us letting us know it was done and have a final quote together. Well..... its been 4 weeks and not only have we no seen the quote, we have not had one phone call or email from Lowes or the associate regarding the kitchen cabinets. Sh

Great customer service. Assistant manager Jenn, and employees Mark Anthony, And Julie went above and beyond to help me fix a situation that I needed to be fixed. Jenn not only assisted me in what I needed she made my day. She is awesome!!!

I went to the Black Friday deal where you’re supposed to be the first 50 people get a bucket of stuff from Lowes and possibly win $1000 appliance. By 5:30 AM a store employee had came out and gave out all of the tickets for the buckets and we didn’t even get to go in the store and all tickets were gone. I thought this is supposed to be a 6 AM deal but somebody made the call to Start at 5 AM. I saw a family of four all have four tickets for four buckets. That is total bull crap!
