We purchased a $700 generator from this McDonough, GA Lowe’s before an expected snow storm. The employee working that aisle that day told us, I’ll tell you like I tell everyone else. If you open it- you own it. He said unopened/unused you have 30 days to return it. We never opened or used it. We tried returning it on a Sunday a week later. They wouldn’t return it. They said the return rule is 48 hours. We called Lowe’s customer service in which they told us to go back into the store and tell them yes we can return it. Based on the corporate return policy- unopened unused it is a 30 day return policy. We went back into and told them. They refused. Asked to speak to store manager, said manager was not there and to come back tomorrow. My husband went back Monday to which they would never be h

Paid over $300 for a storm door at 12:15pm and drove about 45 minutes. Got home and opened the box at 2pm and found the storm door was defective. Called the store and Jorge refused to take my call and sent a message via customer service that I needed to call the manufacturer. This is the worst store ever. We are a non-profit and we work with vulnerable populations. This door is unsafe and nothing is being done about it. They said it’s at the managers discretion unless I paid $200 to have it installed. We purchased two and we will be returning the other and going to Home Depot. Shame on Lowe’s. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and then returning this garbage.

I’ve come to this location twice for paint and every single time I’m standing at the counter fo 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to help! I may as well take the drive to Home Depot at this point. I’ve never experienced such lack of service! What’s even worse is the here’s always someone right at the service desk in front of the paint and they’ll just watch you standing there! Do better Lowe’s!

I rented equipment from the Lowe’s rental department and initially felt it wasn’t very effective for its intended purpose. I called the rental desk, and they immediately suggested I bring it back so they could check for any issues. It turned out the problem was user error on my part. The staff took the time to kindly and clearly show me the proper way to use the equipment, and once used correctly it worked perfectly. Excellent customer service and patience from the team. A big thank you to the manager and all the personnel working there — very helpful and professional.

Deleted and reposted this. I got a seemingly nice reply here. directing me to call a number. Another Customer No Service. No clue why I called, what I called about, or what to do about it. Totally useless. Honestly, Lowe's has gone from bad to worse. I have two antique mirrors that were broken. Called this store twice to ask if they provided this service. On hold forever, transferred to two different departments and when I explained my need, they both actually hung up on me without a word. Called Corporate NO service. They actually called the store and told me this store does not cut mirrors. Corporate suggested I call other stores. Called Stockbridge and was told their glass cutter was down. They suggested I call Fayetteville. I did and was told that yes,they cut mirror
