Lowe's Home Improvement

Was greeted by Mohammad in the light bulb section with an offer to help find a specific bulb. Mohammad provided excellent service, found exactly what I needed which saved me a lot of time. Attn: Lowes management. I only realized as I walked to the register...he was not a Lowes employee, he was a Leaf Filter vendor rep. As I checked out he was helping another customer find her light bulbs! Might want to make him a job offer.

Every time I go to Lowes. I’m constantly being harassed by sales people “how do you clean out your gutters?” Or solar panels. One time asked 3 times the same questions by different sales people the same trip. I come to your store to buy stuff. So annoying. I went to Home Depot yesterday no one bothered me at all except to ask if I needed assistance. Wow that was refreshing I’ll be going there from now on

Having my own business, I frequent this Lowe's at least 3 times per week. The associates are always welcoming and Lowe's had all that I needed to finish my project. "Martha" (Costumer desk) was friendly and kind.//That is store I was referring to Mechanicsburg, PA.

Waited for 15 mins to attempt to buy a saw that was locked up. An employee eventually showed up but never asked who wanted the cage unlocked or acknowledged that any other customers were standing by said tool waiting to get it unlocked. I will just buy it on Amazon.

Purchased a grill, the salesman asked us about a delivery date and gave us options for Sunday the 5th between 8/12 we accepted the date. A few days later we get an email saying the dates been changed and it’s the 6th between 8am 8pm…. I call the store 2 different people from Mechanicsburg stored 1 being a manager assured me it would be the 5th……starting to see a trend now 🤷‍♂️ I run get another message and email on Thursday confirming the 6th again, I call the store and speak to a manager who now explains Lowe’s doesn’t do weekend and I should have never been told that. So a week later no grill and most lowes associates and managers are trained to lie to make a sale…… love the business moto
