Wasn’t bad ! Except if you wanted pansies ! Colors were more than Home Depot ! It didnt help though seeing them wilting on the table they were displayed ! Some were pretty wilted. I asked the lady sitting at her job, not watering if they were gonna discount the pitiful ones ! She says oh no we cant do that! Corporate said so ! I asked if corporate had been there that day and said knock the price down and unload those things? No ! I said fine, i went inside and asked customer service and they said well of course we will !! 🤨 Really pretty Xmas decorations & an area to have your picture taken with Santa !

Had a horrible time with Lowe's. Went to buy a refrigerator and they had nothing in stock. Was told that they could deliver one after 4 on Monday. Oh no that wasn't true. Now we can deliver on Tuesday between 8 am and 8 pm, well that doesn't work for me. I have to work on Tuesday, they cannot narrow the time down from 8 to 8. I will never do business there again.

This Lowes had the one vent cover I was looking for. I went to two different ones prior. Whewww this one saved me big time!

Bought 2 new top of the line LG washer and dryers, 1 set for upstairs and 1 for downstairs. When delivered they hooked them up and showed power to both sets, but when we ran the upstairs units(4 days later) the washer poured water all over our floors (upstairs I remind you) I went back to Lowes and asked if they would come back to fix the machine, QUOTE We only guarantee our appliances 48 Hours, Yes, that is correct 48 Hours. SO, they told me I had to contact LG which I did, LG says they did not install them and Lowes was responsible, It has now been 2 months and we still have not been able to use our BRAND NEW washer, 2 sets 5K later. I renovate and sell homes and purchase all new appliances when doing so, I have purchased tons of new appliances from Lowes. But I will never purchase any

After shopping at Lowes for over 30 years, and spending over $25,000 alone at the Mechanicsville location, we're done with this company. Tonight my wife and I went into this store to buy 5 storage crates that were on sale. We were entering our veteran's information into the self checkout station when a sales associate came over to intervene. We politely told him we didn't need his help and continued to check out. The associate then had the audacity to count the crates to compare to the scanned total that was displayed on the monitor! All of the crates were stacked inside one another with the lids resting on top. Next, the associate insisted on removing the lids from the top crate to ensure we weren't concealing something that we did not intend to pay for. I told him I wasn't a thief and be
