Went to lowes for the DIY kids workshop and it was nice. They allow walkins with last months project. The aprons for the kids are good quality and they let you take home the goggles. It was uncomfortable to have a lady with her child walking around selling bags of cookies, and the associates should have dismissed her for soliciting their customers. It was nice that the registration table had candy for the kids.

First time at Lowe’s. Placed order on Dec 03, 2025 for a GE Dishwasher on sale on line to have it delivered, installed and haul away my old dishwasher. Store said delivery estimated time will be December 19, 2025. I accepted thinking by December 24 would be installed. They kept saying in Transit to store. Delayed. On December 28 still no updates no one in the store nor customer service would give me any updates. Called customer service in their website I admit they were helpful in connecting dots but told me there was a shipment coming down on the 3rd of January but couldn’t confirm if my order was being shipped. Cancelled my order and Costco had same dishwasher on sale $100 less ordered it on a Friday and by the next Friday was delivered, installed and my old one disposed of. Very

I wanted to share my good experience with the following employees: Alma, Sarah, and Douglas. They went above and beyond in helping me. Alma guided me to the right department and helped me look for the items I needed, plus they gave me advices. Sarah was also super nice giving me a lot of ideas. They three showed to be very proud by working at Lowe's when I was commenting with them about the store, which I found was a pleasure to shop there because people were available, nice, and everything was very organized.

After an extremely frustrating experience purchasing wood flooring for my new home, I was honestly feeling overwhelmed and disappointed. That completely changed when I was helped by Maverick at the Kendall location (Store 2904). From the very beginning, Maverick showed genuine care, patience, and understanding for my situation. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. What stood out the most was his dedication. I love this Lowe's, I always find what I need for home renovations. I'm now painting my living room and a bookshelf. I was lucky to get Alma twice, last week and today.
