Worst experience I’ve ever had with Lowe’s. There are no lumber carts in the building. Asked the pro desk where a cart would be. And they gave me Attitude and would not get out of there chair to help me. Once I found one. I parked my cart with a bunch of lumber on it while I ran to the screw isle and when I came back all my material was put on the floor and someone stole the cart. I just left my hundreds of dollars in material and left the store. When I was walking out I found all the carts outside close to the back of the parking lot. It’s sad this is how bad this store is. I will not come back to this Lowe’s. They need to do better

They won't honor pricing drill on sale but they wouldn't sell it for that price showed $169 they wanted to charge $269

I buy here out of necessity, not preference. Help is given grudgingly. It's always such a long wait to get someone to help you load an appliance. Slightly cleaner and better stocked than Home Depot, but still always manages to be a difficult experience.

Was trying to purchase a item that was on the top shelf. Went to service desk where their was 8 employees. Finally someone acknowledge my presence and called for someone to assist me on aisle too 20 minutes later, nobody showed up. I went and found 2 other loads. Individuals that were standing there talking. I asked for assistance again. They called over the speaker again. Nobody came 30 minutes later. I went and found one more. Person, that was yeah, coming around the corner, and that individual called for help again on aisle 220 minutes later, still not coming around throughout the store. I have identified at least 14 employees standing around talking with each other instead of helping and assisting customers the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I will no longer ever
