A 2* is generous. use to be a great fan of Lowes. Last few yrs, customer service horrible. Hard if not impossible for anyone to answer phone.. u have to drive there to find someone in a dept. They also make it difficult to return items. Go to home depot, more organized and efficient.

I had issues with the appliances I ordered on line and the lady that helped me,Beatrice in appliances went above and beyond what she had to do to make me happy. Hey Lowes in Millsboro Delaware give that woman a raise!!Your lucky to have a wonderful person like her. Thanks again Miss Beatrice !

Someone within Lowe’s stole my credit cards and IDs. My wallet was found on 02/07/2026 with all of my cards in it. I was sent to two different police departments over the course of the week where the wallet was supposedly “turned in” there was no record of this happening. The manager Brian swore up and down he dropped it personally at the Seaford PD (30 minutes away from the store) He had me describe the wallet and was sure that’s where he took it… he lied, he did not. He couldn’t even answer if the cop he gave it to was male or female! Magically on 02/12 a different manager by the name of Allen calls and states my wallet has magically turned up in the same safe they have been looking in since Sunday… I go to retrieve my wallet today 02/13 and it is empty. Save yourself and go to the Lowe's location in Lewes, DE... It is run so much better! Online orders are fulfilled much quicker, greater accuracy and much friendlier staff! Lewes clearly has competent management which the Millsboro location lacks! Edit: You had the opportunity to make it right while I was there in the store. The manager figured I was not worth their time. I drove 30 minutes round trip to not even get the courtesy of the manager speaking to me face to face. If you don't respect your customers then bye! Try to post positive reviews but.., Purchased a grill for pickup. Over 20 minutes wait at pickup window with associates walking past while my name flashed red at pickup window. Walked around corner to find someone. When grill came out it was missing screws missing and damaged paint and will rust. Over 40 minutes to pickup a damaged and not assembled correctly grill. Earlier this year: Purchased 2 car garage floor epoxy kit. Free tinting : only one gallon so to my surprise neither side matched. Sadly Lowe’s has fallen off my list. This is the third time this Lowe’s let me down. Store was unkept and dusty meaning not using enough water when cleaning the floors. Pride and accountability starts with management.
