Great conveniently located store! Huge selection of about anything you could want or need! Lots of beautiful plants and flowers to choose from. Apparently they are open until 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays being as I was there 1 of those nights, rushing to get in right before 9:00. Never heard any announcements saying they were closing! Stayed til about 10:30-10:45. Guessing on these hours! Still need to check the posted hours on the door! I'm always rushing in last minute and don't think to look at that! Love going here, though!

I compare most Lowe’s bathrooms to gas stations along the highway that you don’t want to stop at.

There’s a gentleman in the garden center who checked the price and helped me get a heavy plant pot into a vehicle. He was upbeat with a great attitude. He was friendly and professional. I didn’t catch his name- but I just want to write a review to showcase how he made my all around experience a great one.

Very poor customer service. I visited Lowe’s today because I needed a key. While I was looking at the keys on display, an employee asked from behind if I was just looking at keys or do I want one cut. I turned around and told her that I was looking at the keys with my eyeballs because I wanted to purchase one to have cut if that was alright with her. She said you can keep looking. I told her that I was going to report her to her manager. She shrugged her shoulders and mumbled her manager’s name. When the managers (ASM)came one stated that I was irate and the other stated that I was dismissive. One of them even stated that I put my finger in her face. I told her that I did not put my finger in her face and that I was done talking to her because she was trying to turn the situation into some

Bought a $900 dryer and had it delivered. The new unit was dented up and didn't even work so they just took it back while also taking the dryer I already had. So I just didn't have a dryer now while I have a newborn infant in my home with only a few outfits. I tried to call the store and was put on hold multiple times for 30 minutes at a time. I had to take time off work to go to the store to try and get a refund which they wouldnt give me until a few days later. They said they would order another unit to replace the one I tried to buy but it wouldnt arrive fir 2 weeks. Once the new unit arrived, they then sold it to another customer. I hate Lowes now and I will NEVER cone back to this place for even the simplest items. Absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable
