Got a stove from Lowe's got it home an realize there was no power cord. We dealt with many associates and not one of them told us about it. Not having a cord and then spent hours on the phone. Trying to getting answer. On why the attachments were not in the box and kept getting bounced from Person to person different department.

I had a terrible experience with Lowes in Monaca Pa regarding a Dryer I ordered, it was supposed to come Sunday February 15,2026 However they delivered a Dryer with a Dent in it!, So it's Wednesday February 18,2026 and still no Dryer and I requested a discount for my inconvenience, the Customer Service lady told me that they can't tell me the amount of the Discount until the Dryer is delivered!???? Meanwhile they hit my Lowes Credit Card for the full amount on February 15 2026!!!! I'm going to switch to Homedepot when this Is all said and done! Not to mention the horrible runaround I received!

This review is regarding the delivery service. I ordered a GE washer on Black Friday got a great deal which included pickup of old washer for $50 Awesome! Got an email saying delivery will be Sunday! Great! I was expecting it to be alot longer than 2 days and also on a Sunday! Super impressed! Sunday the unmarked box truck pulled up. The 2 guys brought my new washer in hooked it up and we're walking out the door. Nothing to sign not a word spoken. I asked"your taking my old washer right"? He said "No not enough room on truck". You just took one off didnt you is what I was thinking. I told him I paid for them to pick it up. He said very rudely that they couldn't do it today not enough room on truck maybe tomorrow and also said do I want a refund? I said NO I want you to take my old washer.

Everything offered at lowes is simply... "okay." Their prices arent too high, their product selection is... well it just "is," and their staff all seem like they are just waiting for their shift to expire. Ive been scammed by lowe's delivery service after they sent me a broken tub, and then wanted me to bring it back to them after i informed them the entire reason i had it delivered was due to it being too large to transport in my car... so they refused to refund it and I vowed to never use them for large scale projects. They are hit or miss, and never seem to excel or even try that hard.

Well it’s a chain hardware store so why would I except perfection lol. Their a huge chain that has tons of employees but you can’t find one when you need one. They have several self checkouts and one person ( seems like they wanna be like Walmart) they do have a good selection of appliances and hardware. Shop for convenience.
