Lowe's Home Improvement

Poor customer service. Received a Lowe's home delivery today from Lowe's store Montgomery AL. Some of the flooring that was delivered was damaged and opened. I was told this store had over one hundred boxes and my order was for fifty nine boxes so why would they give me damaged boxes. Terrible customer service.

Don't order something for "same day delivery" from this store, especially if you live in an apartment complex. I guess their driver / delivery person was feeling especially lazy the morning I ordered something from Lowes for "same day delivery" and dropped the order at a random door in my building instead of actually looking for my door. Thankfully, they took a picture of the door because it gave me an idea of where the totes were and I was able to retrieve them. When I called the store I was forwarded to the 1-800 number. The customer service person who answer the phone didn't really seem to care and was just going to "send a report to their supervisor". No, I want my delivery fee returned to my card and a report made to the local store so they could coach that driver on making sure t

My husband loves Lowe's. We spend a lot of time there. It has most of the things he needs for his projects and it offers a 10% discount to veterans. When I die I want to be cremated and my ashes sprinkled in Lowe's so he'll visit me every now and then.

I want to personally shout out Chris! He saw us waiting in the curbside pickup area. We were having trouble loading the link. And he came up to the vehicle and helped us with our pickup order. Handshake and smile included.

Had to pick up a few small things for Christmas. Was really struggling to find what I needed and an associate helped me go right to it. She didn’t act like I was a bother she had the best attitude unfortunately I didn’t get her name.
