I came in looking for a particular item and was completely ignored by a lady by the name of Shannon. She noticed me a couple times but did not bother to acknowledge me or ask me if I needed any assistance. I then went to another department and had another associate help me. I might only be “one person” but it only takes one person and I will do my best to make sure that other go to Cape Carteret before this store simply due to her.

I had to write this Google review because I had the most helpful Lowes sales associate. His name is Kenny. I had to go to Lowes to find some parts for my elderly mother's stove. As I walked back to the stove section, Kenny looked at me and said "Can I help you." I didn't have to look around the store to find somebody to help me, he found me. Kenny helped me find exactly what I needed. I do also have to give a 2nd shout out to Kenny. A few months back, I had to get a part for my toilet. I could not afford a plumber to come and fix it so I had to Youtube what I needed to do. I went to Lowes and Kenny found the parts I needed and told me that he knew I could do it myself. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Lowe's is hands-down the most poorly managed group of employees I have ever witnessed. One would be hard-pressed to find a group of employees that care less about anything. It's actually impressive and satirical to watch the flippant attitudes and complete resignation. I have been going to this location for over a decade (which probably reflects poorly on me), and can attest to the long-running local jokes about the nature of Lowe's carelessness. If you need a few things and absolutely no help or guidance, Lowe's will do. But if you need some pointers and professional knowledge, go elsewhere. Lowe's of Morehead is the single greatest advertisement for Williams Hardware or Guy C. Lee. There are other home improvement stores with people who have a passion for building, creating, and assist

Do NOT use this Lowe’s for flooring. They subcontract out the install, but worse yet, they have zero ability to guarantee product or timeline delivery. I had to cancel a project for carpeting after a month where they could not give me any specific carpet they could get in stock within 2-3 weeks and failed to deliver any carpet within a month on a 10 day install. Go to Eastman’s in Morehead City. They measured and installed at almost the exact same quoted price from big boxed Lowe’s. 9 phone exchanges later and I can confidently say I will never use Lowe’s for home installs again.

I have a warranty on my washer. The Flash Appliance Repair Corproation was supposed to be here between 8 -12. Then they called and changed it to 10-1. Still nobody. I call them and they tell me oh someone will be there between 3-4. Again nobody. I call again and they say he will be there within the next hour. I'm still waiting. I had to cancel my doctor's appointment because they changed the time and then didn't even show. I have been waiting all day on this service tech and a week without the washer. Please have someone give me a call. This is not how competent business is done. After researching reviews, it shows Lowes has been notified by other customers about the crappy service this repair company is providing. I want to speak to a higher up person at Corporate office.
