FYI: Lowe’s has a 48-hr Return Policy on Appliances. The time clock starts as soon as delivery or pickup is done. My personal experience: purchased a Microwave oven online at Lowe’s and picked it up on 1/3/26. Had it installed on Wednesday 1/7/26…obviously, the return window had surpassed the 48-hr Policy timeframe. Two days later I concluded that the microwave oven was not as expected…features were not easy to navigate and offered few options. I had to press the selected option quite hard to initiate the process. The menu panel was not easy to navigate and fingerprints had to be cleaned at every step. I called the local Lowes Customer Care and was informed that I was not eligible to return the microwave since it was beyond the 48-hr Policy. There was no “give” even when I said that a

Stole $744.24 from me after a canceled delivery with no refund. No matter how many calls I made, no matter how many times I visited the store to speak with management, I always got the runaround… "Let me look into this and I will call you with an update." Never once did anyone follow up. I must've called and visited 30 times, and today in the market for several new appliances decided to give them one last try. I spent an hour on hold with the store and another half hour on the phone with Lowes corporate customer service. It doesn't look like I'm getting anywhere with this. I've done all I can do. The people at Lowe's do not care one iota about their customers. I'm going back to family run businesses for everything I can, and if I need a big box store it'll have to be anyone but Lowe's.

What a wonderful experience! We had some returns which were handled with ease. Also had to find a accessory which is pretty difficult to locate. I walked up to two associates asked them if the knew where u could locate the piece that holds the bathroom light lampshade to the fixture. The one associate didn't even look up at the the other person A. Noel was very helpful. We located the hardware and was so excited that she learned about something she was not previously privy to. My go to Lowe's store. Staff is great and helpful all the time. However... The hardware section is a mess!!! Someone please go stock this section. It's embarrassing how disorganized it is. I spent 20 minutes with help from 2 employees and could not find a 5/16th bolt to save life.

I took my son to a kids workshop after being told on the phone we could walk in, even though it showed full online. When we arrived, the person who seemed to be in charge kept arguing with me and shutting down every proactive solution I tried to suggest, even though I was just trying to make it work. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and found a way for my son to participate, and he had a great time. I appreciate the help, but the back-and-forth was really frustrating.
