LOWES is always a great experience. The store is consistently clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, which makes finding what you need quick and stress-free. The staff is friendly, helpful, and approachable, and there’s always someone willing to point you in the right direction or offer advice when you need it. We shop here so often for everyday home repairs and DIY projects that our kids joke this is our second home—and honestly, they’re not wrong. That says a lot about how reliable and welcoming this store is. From small fixes to bigger projects, Lowe’s is our go-to, and it never disappoints. Highly recommended.

Let me just say this store is the perfect example of what a store should look like when your employees actually care, I will go one step further by saying that Shirley in appliances is one of the most caring people. Our oven when out and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and that we left with a stove. Highly recommend this location and if you happen to need appliances please give her a shout. You won't be disappointed.

Lowe’s is definitely getting 1 star from me. My mom and I ordered an upright slim deep freezer. We were charged $322 to deliver the deep freezer it would take 2 weeks. Well we were charged when the order was placed and charged a second time because they renewed the holding fee meaning since the delivery was taking longer we were recharged the $322 for the deep freezer, and when we called we were told that Lowe’s recharges there customers every 5 days for a holding fee and once the item is delivered you have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get your money back. Like huh. $644 twice and we still don’t have the deep freezer customer service says that its a way they do there online orders. Please we warned if you don’t want to be charged every 5 days until you receive your item don’t order fro

Came in as a truck driver flatbed the lady in receiving had some poor attitude. She was complaining about heaving to unload the truck and made me wait for more then 2 hours. I do this mostly of the days and normally don't run into this issues with other lowes stores

Lowes in Moultrie is always an easy experience. Helpful staff, a well stocked store that is obviosly well managed.
