I placed an order online I live in a different town, had to drive 45 minutes to get there after I placed the order for them to tell me that they did not have it in stock, but they did have a floor model. This was $1099 stove, the people back there did try to work with me the best they could, but I was needing to leave there that night with a stove and not cancel my purchase along with a lot of accessories I needed. I told them that I would even pay sticker price for that floor model stove if I could take it home tonight after driving that long trip. They would not work with me at all as far as selling me the floor model and only way they could do anything is if they canceled the order which keep in mind. You never get your money back immediately so it pushes out anywhere from 5 to 7 days b

Beware of the people bringing out ur stuff for curb pick-up, they will bring you damaged goods and load them for you to where you will not see the damage till you get home to unload it. Them when you call to ask for the persons name, so you can make
