I want to sincerely thank Melissa, Celeste, and Gene for going the extra mile to help me when I felt overwhelmed. They acted swiftly to address my issue, and I truly see them as invaluable members of the Lowe's team. Because of their exceptional service, I will continue shopping at Lowe's instead of Home Depot. I sincerely hope Lowe's management recognizes the outstanding efforts of these remarkable young women.

Had Thomasina help with my recent issue and she went above and beyond. Asked everyone she thought to ask and got the problem resolved for me on her own. Lol, she also helped me get some “steps in” as she knowledgeably navigated me through the aisles, troubleshooting and offering alternatives. The final outcome, a big win; It worked out !! This is what customer service should be like and modeled after!! Thank you!!!

Bought a GE stove here. I shopped here and the other local competition in area. I always return to buy here for their product selection and exceptional service. Bruce in the stove area was friendly and knowledgeable. Managers are very competent.

Love Lowe’s. It’s got just about everything you need. This store gets 3 stars cause they don’t enforce the mask mandate. It’s their store policy right? I’m wearing one but Jim Bob allow to roam without it? Why have a policy only to not enforce it?

This is one of the worst managed stores in Pa. I had a 5am appointment to get unloaded, 3 hrs in im still waiting for staff to come in as they do not have a fork lift driver available. Why is management scheduling appointments they can not meet ? Why isn't staff ready to work at scheduled times, no one knows not even management. This place needs a complete restructure!!!
