Bought a fridge in store and set up a delivery for Dec 1st. They call and cancel that delivery to reschedule for Dec. 3rd. They call again two days later to cancel again saying the item is not at the store and reschedule for Dec. 6th. Again, stay home waiting and decide to call to find out the delivery time and was told, it wouldn't be delivered till Dec. 12th. The feeling was basically, my time is nothing and my customer status was taken for granted. I tried to explain my frustration and was blowm off as this is just how it is and deal with it. As a veteran who has always shopped at Lowes and just moved to this area where Lowes is really the only option, this os disheartening when starting work on a new home. Love shopping here. Its nothing out of the normal to spend the better part of 2hrs combing though discounted clearance merchandise. Always finding something to bring back to a new life. However this is a updated post. And tonight on our date night to Lowe's the cashier over the self checkout area was quite the cantankerous little helper. Heaven forbid you do your job. You know the one that we are doing for you anymore . We asked for help with a simple price override. And that's all it took to flip you completely sideways. I'm sorry ma'am I won't do it again. Female employee said over phone water heater not in stock,on website said pick up today went look for myself there were at least 3 there, wife went today get some vinyl for flooring female finally come to wait on her what she wanted was out said might be more in the back never offered to go look. I had to cancel my lowes card because of charges I didn't put on it, no help at all customer service didn't help,she transferred me to credit dept.who hung up on me never bothered to call back, I bet when I don't send a payment they will talk to me,might be a good idea to go to court let the judge see I'm paying for some charges that weren't mine, I don't often do many projects at my age so Home Depot isn't that far away I would suggest going somewhere else till they get people who care if you sho

Usually has what I need. Ordering online for pick up is very convenient and ready in a reasonable time. Rewards program is good.

I hate giving even 1 star. I placed an online order in March for 5 gallons of stain. With the crazy weather, we just was able to attempt to use it today. When we opened the bucket, it had never been tinted, even though my pick-up sticker on top clearly says what the color should be. I live in the next county and it isn't as easy as just jumping in the car and going there. I call the store because this is their mistake and I wanted to see what they could do to make this right (have some mixed and ready, swap with me at pick-up, etc). Instead, I was told what "I" would have to do. Granted, I understand mistakes happen, but I bought this while on sale and didn't want to just return it and not get for the price I paid. I was very frustrated on the phone and I did indeed go to the store
