This place has changed. Used to be one of the best Lowe's stores. To me, 5 stars at Lowes is Buy Product Without Issue / Return Product if needed / Pay what is due for purchased product. Anything else is a bonus. This store has failed on the 3 fundamental things that make a Lowe's good. 1. As you check out, they literally stand over you and watch every single item be scanned. It is such an uncomfortable shopping experience. They aren't there to help, they are there to monitor every movement as if you are actively trying to steal from them. If you do not want customers scanning things themselves, open real registers. It got to the point where I stepped back and asked my shadow to just help me by scanning everything because. 2. I’ve been spending tens of thousands of dollars at Lowe’s over the years and saving up points from their rewards program. This year they decided to delete them all and put me back at 0 after saving up since 2022. This resulted in over $1000 of rewards stolen from me with no warning or communication. All of my company receipts go to my company email that I have on file. They are trying to tell me they emailed me to my old email on file from years ago. which is 100% lie. There’s nothing there and nothing in spam either. My two biggest pet peeves.. liars and thieves. If they want to return my points, I’ll take this down. But if this is up, their customer service did not do what’s right.

This location is great. We normally travel the other direction tp the one of 544, but this one was a pleasure to come to today. The garden and plant section were kept so beautifully with healthy happy plants. The lumber was great to choose from as we re frame our floors, and the staff was always in sight in one direction of the other. There was plenty of parking and loading zones. We will be coming back for the rest of our renovation needs. Thank you!

I had to leave a review to shout out William (I think he is the Mgr in the tool department) for his expertise & exceptional service he provided me today. I truly appreciate such great service especially in our society of carelessness. Also, I met Ms Nina (i think she is new) but her energy & smile was contagious. It was a pleasure meeting them both. I will return when im back in town.

I bought a rug. The first te was awesome. The gentleman offered to rewrap it so it would fold to a small size to fit in my car. He unrolled it, rolled it to the shorter side, wrapped it in plastic, folded it in half, and helped me put it in my car. This day, the rug I wanted was displayed on the table. I asked for help and the employee rolled all the rugs on top of it off onto the floor, picked up my rug and wondered around trying to figure out where to out it all the while complaining that he needed to pick up the rugs off the floor. Another employee came over with a household size of sararn wrap to put on the rug which was by no means rolled to fit in my car. I asked him if he could please roll it on the machine and wrap it so I could fold it to fit in my car. He did, but when he finishe
