This Lowe's is typically my preferred store for home improvement requirements. The store is consistently clean and well-organized. The staff is always eager to assist. Great place to find all your Holiday Decorations.

Do Not Purchase Appliances from LOWES. Extremely disappointed. This isn't the 1st time we have purchased appliances from Lowes. It will most certainly be the last. Lowes does not stand behind the appliances they sell. On 10/4/25 we purchased a new GE profile washer and dryer. On Sunday 10/5/25 the appliances were delivered and installed. The crew seemed nice enough. We attempted our 1st laundry load on 10/6/25. The dryer would not dry the load. Figured operator error at the time. However, On Saturday 10/11/25. I checked the wiring of the 4 prong plug and found it had been wired for a 3 prong plug. Ok, oops on behalf of the installer. I re-wired the plug in the correct way and decided to do a load of laundry. I opened the washer and notices a strong odor (Machine fluid type) i noticed a str

I went on there website. It said this exact store had the items I need. Most likely stored in the back. But said online ready for pick up. I get there. They direct me to the shelf of where the items are stored. And didn’t have anything in stock. And a manager told me to have another store deal with my issue. Worsts service I ever had. I thought it only gets that bad in movies. like I was in a comedy because of how much of a joke it was.

I've been a long time client of Lowes. Purchasing large appliances, paint, and small nuts and bolts. Today I went in to place and order for a bathroom remodel. 2 toilets, a small vanity, shower set etc. I wanted to see if I could get everything delivered together. What a nightmare! No one working in the plumbing department, a rep in the appliance department said she would help. Unfortunately she could not get logged into the system. Another rep stepped in and we placed the order. Only to be told that they couldn't ship all the items together. Deleted the undeliverable items and was told to order online. Only to find that one of the items was marked as picked up already. 30 minutes later the issue was resolved. Very disappointed in the customer service. Store is very understaffed. And H

Do not buy any plants from this store.. All my cactus and aloe's at my garden center became infected with scale. Lowe's doesn't vet the plants when they come in. It has ruined 60+ aloe's and 28 cactus. I won't sell any plants, for I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Does anyone know how to completely get rid of this species of scale???
