Lowe's Home Improvement

Well I came to this location because I placed the order online for pickup and it's relatively close to where I live because I'm just beyond the riverfront area. The young lady who waited on me was so nice and sweet. And she even asked me if I needed a receipt. I've shopped here a few times but I'm not big on going in large stores with big square footage like this one. However, if I can find what I'm looking for online and pick it up in the store at the front desk, I'll be shopping here more often. Thank you, Lowe's!

I work for a company mo. Properties. that spends millions of dollars at Lowe’s. But this store is the worse one. This company I work for has emergencies that I have to attend, and this the second time I come on the afternoon and the same lady name Chyna has a horrible attitude with me. She gets mad at me because she has to stop using her cell phone and help me. She ask me with a nasty attitude why are you coming so late? When it was only 6:30pm. Like if this is any of her business. And I say pro service is closed. Therefore customer services have to help to do phone sells. she said no I don’t have to help you. So I ask for a manager, and the manager gets mad too. He said they don’t do phone sells after 6pm. Like how do I supposed to know that. Plus he didn’t had manager clothing or name ta

A decent home improvement store with pretty much everything you'd ever need. Only issue I have is that most other big box stores, and every smaller hardware store, offer cheaper prices 📉 Will continue to check in on Lowe's every now & then, as I'm a huge fan of competition in any market

I placed an online order with this location of 3 separate paint samples but received a delivery of 3 of the same sample. After speaking to a manager on the phone they told me to come down and they would fix the mistake no problem since it was a mistake on their behalf (I had proof of the three shades ordered through my account and thought this exchange would be super easy) Fast forward I go to Lowe’s (after loading up and infant and toddler, kinda inconvenient but I needed to get my samples) and the customer service woman wanted to refuse to let me get the correct colors because they were sample sized and policy says they can’t return them, which is understandable IF the mistake was on my part but the STORE messed up my order. I purchased a washer from here 1/28/26 with an extended warranty ($800 total) Upon unboxing the next day, there was very obvious damage to the unit and the lid would not close properly. I called the store the following day to inform them and they told me that there was a 48hr return policy on appliances, which was absolutely never mentioned in the store, I was at hour 49 at the time of the call and they told me that I was stuck with a broken washer. I tried going thru GE, using the extended warranty that I paid for, also a giant waste of time. I am a contractor and I spend 10s of thousands of dollars at Lowes yearly and that has changed since this. All my business will be going to Home Depot after this terrible experience. I will encourage all my fellow contractors to do the same.
