My go-to! Staff is extremely helpful, store I super clean and organize used, and prices can’t be beat. The Paint counter is especially fantastic to visit. Victoria went above and beyond. Zero reason to visit their “competitor” H.D. (AKA Huge Disappointment) Actually looking forward to visiting again for the items I inevitably forgot or didn’t realize I needed.

Didn’t know how much household stuff like detergent, cleaning supplies. Also making a copy of a key here is $4 and takes a few minutes. They also sell gift items. Stefani was really helpful!

Thankful for Dan, in kitchens & appliances, in your New Haven, CT store. He made the process of buying a new fridge quick and easy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way and saved me over $50 by offering me Lowes credit. Much appreciated. Nice guy!

Don’t do same day delivery. You will not receive your order and each time you call , they will give you the run a round . Been over a week and have to go through my bank for a refund because Lowe’s won’t get back to me after multiple calls and speaking to multiple ppl!!

Just a caution about using delivery services: just like a grocery service might pass off the not-so-great fruit in your order, ordering delivery from Lowe’s might mean you get one $50 planter in good condition, and another unwrapped, scratched up, and missing a corner. The delivery itself was fine, and Lowe’s accepted the return without a question- but it’s annoying to have to return the order at all, just because they saw an opportunity to pass off their damaged stock. Lesson learned, convenience isn’t always convenient!
