I highly recommend this Lowe’s location. I personally know the staff and the store manager is very nice and is all about putting the customer first! Very clean and well stocked store!

I want to thank Annie and Anthony in the flooring department. I’m currently remodeling my entire home and stopped by to look at flooring options. They were extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and were very knowledgeable. Their customer service was excellent. At no point did I feel rushed or brushed off — they really took their time with me. Unfortunately, I had a completely different experience in another department when I asked about paint. I felt dismissed and rushed. It was a night-and-day difference.

I came to the New Lenox store on Sunday November 9th 2025 a garden associate approached me asked me if I needed any help. I told him I was looking at the Merry Christmas neon sign the app showed you guys had 2 of them. He searched the locations on his phone. Came up empty. Called the manager on duty. Alex and said can we sell the display? Alex said yes. He went and got this machine and brought it down. I asked since you had it on since September. Is there any discount? The price was $64.99 and you know it's probably been running 24/7. He says you would have to take it to the register there. I met Roxanne. She called Alex and asked is there a discount he said absolutely not. That's the price. That's what I'm going to sell it for. The customer can take it or leave it first off for being a ma

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for any company, but the sheer disregard displayed by every employee on behalf of the company as a whole, is absolutely disgusting. Every time I frequent this establishment I go and try to attempt to use my military discount, the discount that they claim to offer to Service members, and without fail each and every time it refuses to even let me begin the process of verification, it doesn’t matter whether it’s the browser I use, online, or there very own App. It’s extremely frustrating because for a company that’s likes to proudly boasts the benefits it offers to servicemembers, the overall lack respect for the military, and the figure it out yourself attitude from each, and every employee is extremely disappointing. Went here because of deal on klein tools mod box. Had to wait around for a manager after an hour drive. Sam could not tell me if was online only or if they would ship with an free add on. If you like wasting time than go here, I will not be back to this store ever again. I had an issue at one of their competitors and the store manager handled that situation much better than expected (Orange competitor in Joliet). Basically over $60 they lost $300 in tool sales plus if I will not use, recommend or step foot in this lowes. Totally useless amd waste of time when a manager has no answers or is willing to help. Sam did not even bother to see if warehouse had and would ship it, sorry I was a burden to you but maybe customer service is not the job for you bid!!!
