I went to Lowes in Newton NJ to get replacement fluorescent light bulb for Phillips F40T12 bulb. A salesman came over to me and informed me that they don't make them any more and they are not available anywhere. I then went online and saw that Home Depot had them. I went to Home Depot and there is a huge display of them in every color including bright, cool white and daylight. Thanks a lot Lowes.

Great shopping experience. Started in the outdoor department where Lowe’s Employees gave me isle number directions for the items I needed. They were spot on! Next at lumber where Ishmael and another employee understood what my project was, cut wood to my specifications and found correct braces for it. And…if that wasn’t enough, checked out at the self check out forgetting to put in my cart one of my larger items . They ran out to my car to bring it to me! Wow! Now that is outstanding customer service! Bravo and many thanks to your team.

This store used to be my go-to — always clean, organized, and welcoming. Unfortunately, after my recent experience, I’ll never shop here again. I purchased all the materials for a flooring project based on what the salesperson recommended. The tile adhesive they sold me turned out to be completely wrong for the type of tile I was installing. My professional contractor followed directions exactly, yet the materials didn’t set correctly and the grout cracked multiple times. We redid it three times with no success. When I went back to the store, they told me to contact the manufacturer — who confirmed that the adhesive sold to me wasn’t meant for that type of tile. I had to rip up and redo the entire floor, costing me another $1,500. I reached out to the store and simply asked for a small

5 piece 5 grand kitchen appliance purchase, to start the delivery/installers can not even install the door handles on a refrig properly, the handles fell of the next day, the installers FAILED to remove packing foam from inside the retainer pockets, making the screws only contact a small lip on e stud, day comes for the oven and micro wave to be delivered and installed, NEVER even brought the oven inside my house,just came inside told us it would not fit the cabinet opening asked about the microwave.OHH it's not on our work order so we left it at the store, and left with the oven, funny after going to the store and picking it ,my electrician installed that very unit with zero problems cook top they said wouldn't meet code, FUNNY my gas company didn't feel that was true when they con
