Ms Sara was very welcoming and helpful , a lovely young lady ! I came in with my wife this past Saturday to pick up a few things for our garden and she made the whole experience pleasant and easy . She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving . Great customer service ! 👍🏻👍🏻

Customer service was pretty rough here. I called ahead to make sure I could get glass cut when I arrive since the one in Sandy springs has a broken machine. They put me on hold for 10 minutes, which is a long time when you're sitting there in an aisle waiting for an answer. Finally gave up and called back and they told me it was working and ready for me. When I got there I sat in the aisle for another 20 minutes as they kept paging people, until finally they realized no one was able to help. Why do I even bother.

Mr. Darrell and Mr. William was awesome!! They helped me find screws to put my table together that I was refurbishing. They were so kind and helpful. Worked together well. Excellent customer service!! Thank you guys so much for your time. 🤗

Bless Michelle in customer service and returns. I had called Lowes 6 times in 24 hours to get a couple of issues fixed in regards to an order. I was on hold three separate times for a total of 1.45 hours. Got so frustrated I just drove to the Lowe's to talk face to face. Honestly, by this time I felt so upset that I was waging a warpath a little bit and thought no one could snap me back. But honestly, Michelle made it hard to even be mad. She was quick, helpful, and pleasant and even though she was standing in the freezing entryway with two coats and hand warmers, she put a smile on my face and I've left happy and satisfied. Can't forget Rod as well, who also starting the ball rolling on fixing my issues, very pleasant to talk to and he was very understanding. 10/10 for these employees!

I shop at this location quite often for my gardening supplies. Amost every single time that I have checked out there is a price discrepancy. Today there was a table with pots marked 50% see photo. I asked an associate to verify the price before I waste any time. The associate checked with the cashier who confirmed that they were 50% off. Lo and behold after making my selection I go to check out and they are NOT 50% off. She states that the price on the pot IS already 50%!! I questioned then what's the original price as there is no indication on any of the pots as to what the original price was? She was unable to tell me what the original price is. Both the associate and cashier explained that several customers before me had essentially the SAME issue! This is classic DECEPTIVE advertisemen
