Always a great experience at Lowe's you can actually find employees there versus some of the other places. They now have clothing for outdoors and pet foods and kitchen cleaning items toilet paper paper towels at very good prices

Needed to purchase a gas range. Bought it put it on new Lowes credit card. They did not have one in the store. Online only. Should have known better. They have AI assistant to set up delivery. The receipt did not reflect a haul away. I had to fight with customer service and the drivers. The delivery drivers would not take my old stove because it was still connected. They dumped the new range in my garage and ask that I sign for it. I did not sign. I was told by the store and by driver to schedule someone to pick up old stove. I paid someone to connect the new stove. The bottom drawer was broken. I also noticed the product was inferior to the last one I had. Same manufacturer same design. I just spent 35 minutes on the phone with folks who cannot speak English that refuse to pick up old sto

Great new staff. Tariff prices are ridiculous. Bathroom cleaning still needs improvement. The new self- checkout is awesome.

I would give negative 5 if I could. Went in contractor sales to talk to someone about what type concrete for a patch and to lay a slab for dumpster.waited 15 minutes. no one ahead of me, and there were 4 lowes employees all standing and talking, and not a one would take 5 seconds to ask what I needed. So I went up front and same thing nobody will look at you at customer service and when a lowes employee came to the customer desk instead of helping anyone she was more concerned about petting someone's dog instead of helping the person in front of me. LOWES YOU HAVE REALLY LOST TOUCH WITH YOUR WORKERS THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT AND NOT THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO. Also, I asked one of lowes employee to call a manager or supervisor, and just like all of lowes employees. they won't do their job

Clean, but cluttered displays and all kinds of things in the aisles. I'm handicap so trying to drive in this place is a obstacle course a challenge but fun I guess takes some depression out of having to ride I guess, 😂 plenty to choose from
