I called this location ahead of time to cancel the assembly for the item we ordered due to transportation concerns. I was told clearly that it would not be assembled. However, on the day of pickup, not only was the pickup location changed to a different store without any communication, email, or text update, but the item was also assembled anyway. Because of this, we had to scramble to find different transportation. It felt like, since the product was on sale, customer service simply did not matter. The experience made it seem as though customers are expected to accept whatever happens without question. To make matters worse, the item was not assembled correctly. I bought this machine on October 30, 2025, and today, November 8, I tried to return it. Lowest told me I had 48 hours to return it, so I took it home. I only had it for less than 10 days because the machine doesn't have water pressure. It cost $359, and oh well, I lost everything. Think before you buy machines here and read the return policy.

10/24/25 6:20am Came here to grab some copper pipe and fittings. Needed pro press fittings and this isn't the place to get them. Not much selection but I got what I needed. Proceeded to "self pay". What got on my nerves is the goofy looking security guard with a thick mustache, glasses that looked like safety glasses and wearing a hat cuffed over his face like he was anti social standing there. Staring me down with his arms crossed like I was going to run out that door. I was the only one at the time so I know he was staring me down. So I looked at him and wanted to say, you wanna scan the items or do you want pay for me so it'll make you feel better or something? Look I get it but you don't have to hover on me like I'm going to do something stupid. I am a pro member here and at home depot

OMG! I just recently went there today [12/18/25] and I had a helpful and wonderful experience there,the staffs were super helpful,kind,and pleasant workers of helping me find a tub drain stopper and a plastic bucket. [you guys know who you are. 😉] Plus it has all of the other things that I've heavenly been looking for and want to,so yeah I'll definitely be coming back there again for those things,believe that. 😊💜

Convenient big box hardware store. The folks that work here are helpful, kind, decent people. They usually have whatever I'm after on the shelf. I prefer Lowes to their orange competition.
