I visited the Lowe’s in North Miami Beach and had a good experience. The store is very organized and easy to walk through, even though it’s huge. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made shopping easier. You can find almost everything there — tools, home improvement items, garden supplies, appliances, and more. It’s a great location when you need variety and space to look around comfortably. Overall, it felt like a reliable and well-managed store. 🧰🔧

Jorge helped me a lot. I’m truly grateful for his assistance. He is very knowledgeable and helped me find the part I needed very quickly. I really appreciate having employees like him who are willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Thank you so much!

We went to three other places and were quoted outrageous prices for Christmas trees, and then went to Lowe’s and Harold saved the day! He walked us through different options, shook them out for us, cut the bottom of the tree we picked and wrapped it for us all with a smile. We will be coming back to Lowe’s every year from now on for Christmas trees. Thank you Harold!!

It’s interesting how I was getting ready to share my experience at the store, and the first review I see posted, mentions the same employee that made me not want to come back to this store never again. Let’s start by saying that overall we have been satisfied with this store’ selection of products, even though this is a small Lowe’s. My husband and I bought 2 gallons of paint for our pool deck and had to come back to get 2 more. The first time, Sarah assisted us and she was simply the epitome of excellent customer service. Sadly, this last time with had to deal with Edward who was unable to mix the paint and get us the right tone due to a computer error. The first thing I noticed was the staff was very polite and welcoming. Most places you have to hunt someone down for assistance. George was great and went out of his way to help my husband and I. Whoever runs this store needs a raise!
