Lowe's Home Improvement

I've been going to these Lowe's since 2008 All the time is hard to find Somebody to Help You, but I got used to Go so many times a week that I know pretty much worse. Everything. Yesterday I went to buy some Christmas light, but it took 45 minutes to find somebody to help me I asked for the manager which he came 20 minutes later and he didn't even talk to me. He gave me the most nasty attitude. I'm so disappoint. His name is Aldo. I was in the store in Northridge, Yesterday, 3:20 P.M. I left 4:15 this manager has no manners, and he doesn't even know how to treat a client. Horrible Service. In the meantime, we talked total seven employee, nobody help Everybody Repeat, the same thing. I will call somebody. Nobody show up to unlock The Christmas Light Horrible Service, Mr. Aldo

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I placed an order and paid in full, including installation costs. Unfortunately, the order was completed incorrectly. I was then asked to place a second order, for which I again paid for both the product and the installation. It has now been almost 4 months—far beyond the promised 3 weeks—and I still have not received my product or the completed work. Despite my repeated attempts to get information, the store has failed to respond, and my money has not been refunded. This experience has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I cannot recommend this store.

Raffi at Lowe’s was amazing. He was working the counter by himself and juggling multiple things at once, yet still remained incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to assist me with my purchase and patiently answered all my questions about signing up for a Lowe’s account without ever making me feel rushed. You can really tell when someone does their job wholeheartedly, and Raffi does exactly that..with a big smile too! Experiences like this make such a difference. Thank you Raffi!

I usually shop at other Lowe's, and always have a pleasant experience. This Lowe's is a clear outlier... After my usual Lowe's was out of stock of a product I needed I placed a drive up order with Lowe's Northridge. It was a rainy day and I've never had any issues with an drive up orders before. When I arrived I checked in and waited...and waited...and waited. After close to 15 minutes of waiting I tried to call the store. No answer and just left on hold for an additional 5 minutes until I was so fed up I put my coat on and went inside. What I saw was a complete joke. No less than 5 employees standing around behind the counter, acting as if they were in a clubhouse, not work, just laughing and having a great time. I stood there for close to 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I watched

Lowes is a good Home Improvement store. Today I came in to get some herbs and pepper plants. Besides tomatoes, they had a small selection. Unfortunately, I had to go to the other spot (HD) which had a very large selection, and I was able to get what I was looking for.
