I don't come here often and I left because I found the item that I wanted for THREE TIMES LESS on Amazon. Anyway, they ought to invest in a more illuminated parking lot.

Huge thank you to Rayan for truly going above and beyond for my daughter and I while we were shopping for supplies for her school project. He took the time to carefully cut all of our wood pieces, helped us find every item we needed, and made sure we left feeling confident about the project. What stood out even more was his positive energy. Watching him interact with his coworkers making everyone laugh and keeping morale high. It made the whole experience that much better. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable and helpful, but who also brings such great energy to their team. We’re so grateful for the exceptional customer service. Awesome staff and management. We purchased a shed that had a damaged box. It was the last one. The manager discounted it and opened it. To ensure all hardware needed were there. As that was our main concern. He got it out to our truck. And patiently waited as we decided to open the rest of box and put it in piece by piece. Will return to Pembroke location. 2 person job to put up. Took a few hours. But instructions were great. Suncast 6x5

I had an excellent experience at Lowes thanks to one outstanding associate LATISHIA who truly went above and beyond. Her professionalism and positive attitude made me feel very well-supported. Because of this experience, Lowes will most likely be my go-to store moving forward instead of Home Depot. Customer service like this makes a real difference, and it deserves to be recognized.
