My wife and I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Lowe's on Tuesday, January 20th because they said they would deliver on Thursday, January 22nd. This date is before the big winter storm set to arrive late on Friday, January 23rd. We ordered the refrigerator with the optional ice maker. There was no ice maker included. We paid for delivery and we paid for installation. The dishwasher never left Dallas which Lowes is blaming on the "weather". The weather doesn't start until tomorrow. The refrigerator didn't come with an ice machine and the water was not hooked up, but we paid $167 for installation. Now we are forced to reserve another 4-hour window. Lowe's is blaming the delivery guys and the delivery guys are "3rd Party". They don't know what is going on. Can anyone do

We want to give a huge shout out to Ms. Ava for her wonderful work putting together a work shop for the children. She organized a very nice community activity that everyone could join. We had a blast. Way to go Ms. Ava.

I will NEVER buy an appliance at Lowe’s ever again. Unless I plan on wasting my time and never getting what I buy from them! I purchased a fridge and a tv stand on Friday 1/30/2026 and was told it would be delivered 1/31/2026 from 9-1 PM. I couldn’t make the window so I had my dad drive from Enid to be there. Nobody called to tell me that the fridge wouldn’t make it, so I called and was told we don’t have the items but they rescheduled me to Tuesday 2/3/2026 with a 3-7 PM time window. My dad drove down again from Enid to be there. No call or update again and no Fridge or tv console. This is Ridiculous! Whats even more ridiculous is when I call no one can tell me why and I was transferred 3 times. It’s not that difficult! You either have the items or you don’t! Horrible experience and after

I normally love shopping at Lowe’s, I use them to get work materials. Stopped by the Lowe’s on May Ave to get 1 set of blinds and for them to get cut. Asked about 3 different workers to help, all 3 workers said they will get someone since they don’t know how to. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to customer service. They said they don’t think they have anyone to cut the blinds. Wasted so much time and all for nothing.

Don't order appliances without confirmation that they have them in stock. I paid for a fridge to be delivered next day and I get a call the day of saying it wouldn’t be delivered. When you don’t have a fridge it can be pretty inconvenient. Spent an hour on the phone being passed around just to get sent back to the original number I called, then to have them tell me it either needs to be canceled or redone. Everyone actually at the store was pretty rude too besides they guy telling me there was nothing else to be done. Funny how they do that when they already have your money. I bet they could have called another store to see if they have it. That’s what I did at least. The gist, bad customer service and borderline incompetence.
