Love their plant selection (indoor and outdoor)! Staff is always helpful and there’s usually no wait at the self checkout. I get house plants from here (monsteras), starters for my reptile terrariums (pothos), as well as seeds (morning glory). Plenty of supplies to keep up with lawn care and home projects!

I almost always have a great experience at Lowes, but recently I've noticed some individuals with Lowes vest noting they're contractors of some sort and can't help or assist customers. When asked if they could find a Lowes employee for better assistance they mentioned they could not. Is this a new thing with Lowes? Myself and other customers have mentioned some of these individuals have made us feel uncomfortable when shopping.

We came in here looking for a portable air condition and a microwave cart but the don't carry either of those items in store- on line only. Well sometimes you want to look at the thing in person, you know? We were also shopping for a couple of small table lamps but oh my word were they incredibly expensive! So we went to Walmart and got some that were just as nice for half the price!

The employee that helped me was perfectly lovely and even took time out of their day to help me find the right size caulking gun. However when they went to ask their manager a question about something I needed the manager snapped and spoke to that employee in the rudest manner I've ever heard. I understand bad days but in front of a customer is in poor taste. Store was very clean and well organized.

Every single person working here was so attentive and gently asked if I needed help whenever I had a perplexed look on my face. 😆 I am doing a lot of work I’ve never done for the first time and they even gave me some tips for some of the projects I am working on. Probably the best experience I have had at a store where the staff were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Usually, if I ask questions I get told “I don’t know” or “watch a video on YouTube.” (Home Depot has used those many times with me) Lol So, this was a breath of fresh air.
