I really don’t like leaving negative reviews. I went to the Lowes in Ormond Beach after seeing this on the google machine, figuring that they would honor the pricing that showed up on google. The “Sponsored” pricing shows this Dewalt competitor to Bosch’s FlexiClick system as $100 off, so $99 for the kit. The comparable Bosch system is $143 on Amazon. I use Bosch at work, and Dewalt at home, so either system would fit with what I currently use. I made a special trip to Lowes, and made a point to ask the customer service desk if the advertised was valid. They said yes it was. So I found someone in the power tool section to unlock the cage for me, then escort me up to the register to buy it. Was in the garden department this afternoon- looking for specific fence that your website showed that there were 8 in stock, got there and there was only 1. 2 employees happened by- names Vito and Tito- the both went out of their way to assist us. Found the remaining items and pulled them down from the high shelf. We truly appreciate the service we received from them.

The sales associate, Art in Inside Garden, was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I was genuinely shocked and just how much he knew about mowers, trimmers, etc and his willingness to help. Next time I need something there, I’ll ask for him specifically.

We ordered and paid for backsplash install November 2025. This is supposed to be a simple project! They scheduled installer to come multiple times however everytime the installer comes there’s something missing with what he needs or his supplies are not complete. 4 or fifth attempt, they scheduled the installer to come back , nobody actually show up and nobody called to inform us that no one is coming the day of our appointment. We waited all day, wasting our time. Take note, we have to take a day off just to have someone in the house while they do the project. 6th, 7th and 8th appointment they set up for the installer to come in, nobody actually show one show up and no one called us to cancel! We have to call Lowe’s again and nobody knows what’s going on why. Finally, it’s now January 20

I've been a long time customer of Lowe's and recently discovered that they no longer allow you to return something for a "Store Credit" if you go past the 90-day return policy, which they used to do while their biggest competitor, "Home Depot" still offers that option. With the economy the way it is you'd think they would gladly take something back and give a person a store credit. They can probably sell the product for more than they originally did and they are guaranteed that either you come back at some point and will likely spend more than what you have on the card, or you lose your money because you forgot to use the store credit.
