Lowe's Home Improvement

I like this Lowes location. Good results with deliveries and customer service....HOWEVER! Their phone system and AI assistant on the phone is terrible at best...EPIC FAIL!! I called, no exaggeration, 10 times and the AI would ask what I needed help with and not 1 time did it get it right and then it would say let me connect you with someone who may be able to help (which I was exceedingly glad because I was finally gonna get somewhere, or so I thought) and every single time the phone would ring 3-4 times, stop ringing, silence for 4-5 seconds and then drop my call. This has happened to me every time I have tried to call the main line for at least a month. I have the pro service desk direct line but they dont answer that line on Sundays. Ozark Lowe's is highly recommended for its competitive pricing and friendly management. As a high-volume customer who spends over $100k. annually, I value the excellent service provided by Kris, Paul, and the rest of the team. I hope the store will continue to maintain its high standards under the new management

What the hell? Is anybody else tired of celebrating death starting in August? I actually really like lowe’s in Ozark. Friendly staff. Sucky corporate office. A 20 foot skeleton for $200? I fail to see how this is Home improvement.

For the first time ever a man approached me and asked if I needed help! I was so happy and impressed. I even said man I don’t think anyone has ever asked me that here. Turns out he’s actually selling some sort of water system and doesn’t even work for Lowe’s, but he does have a Lowe’s vest on. I said to be honest what I came here to get is half the price on Amazon. And now that you have to check yourself out while the employees stay in there and look at you struggle to figure out how to do it. I never give Lowe’s business when I could find it somewhere else. He said well I don’t even work at Lowe’s. We’d love to test your water. I said I would definitely go somewhere else and not aware of that vest if you want to sell something.
